Scope of Services

We will serve as the primary community engagement specialist for the Councilmember’s office,
ensuring seamless outreach, event representation, and communications support.

Event Representation & Outreach

  • Attend community events in the evenings and weekends
  • Represent the Councilmember when unavailable
  • Build relationships with community leaders, advocacy groups, and local businesses

Strategic Communications & Reporting

  • Capture and report key insights from events
  • Provide photos, videos, and content for social media and newsletters
  • Draft speeches and talking points for community engagements

Event
Planning & Execution

  • Organize town halls, forums, and outreach events
  • Coordinate logistics and stakeholder outreach
  • Align events with the Councilmember’s legislative priorities

Communications Audit & Strategy Development

  • Evaluate current outreach channels (digital, print, in-person)
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
